RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each Kaemon piece is made with care, intention, and craftsmanship. Because many of our items are made-to-order, we handle returns and exchanges with the same level of consideration.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order furniture and custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable once production begins. Please review all dimensions, finishes, and materials carefully prior to confirming your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
For ready-to-ship items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, less applicable shipping fees. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@kaemoncollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review and assist in arranging a replacement or resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval and refund status. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
